"What a stroke of luck I found Frank and had him represent the sale of my condo. He did absolutely everything he could do to help me with every aspect of the process with me living in Phoenix and remote from property. He willingly engaged himself in advising and assisting in the readiness and preparation process for the sale. He helped me navigate through some complexities that surfaced in the process that his experience clearly showed making it much easier to deal with it from my perspective. Frank despite limited number of buyers to work with, properly guided me through pricing and offer/counteroffer strategies that ultimately led to closing the sale at what I needed to get. You won't find anyone who is more knowledgeable or involved in selling your property than Frank. Importantly I felt like this based on a sale of a $73k condo, which shows me its not the price of the home, its the customer and their satisfaction that drives Frank. In that he rates 5 full stars out of 5 in my book."
